REDUCE FAT BY AAYURVEDA

Today a nearly one-third population of the world is obese or overweight. Being obese is not only good for health but also affect our status in society. we all know that "the first impression is the last impression" that is true. in any job interview before we speak our body gives our impression.
human's mind psychology is an obese person will be lazy that'swhy interviewer choose slim & lean candidates instead of obese.

No matter who you are & from where you belong somewhere in life we have faced any situation where we think that if I was slim then the situation will be different. obesity reduce our self-esteem in many situations and reduce our chances of success

today we will talk about some easy tips that without any hard work you can reduce fat.
I am talking about Ayurveda.....
Ayurveda means natural.
In Ayurveda, u will not get any side effect from any remedies. Ayurveda has all solutions for almost all diseases.
let's talk about fat reducing remedies.


THE FIRST INGREDIENT IS LEMON



The lemonCitrus limon Osbeck, is a species of small evergreen tree in the flowering plant, native to Asia.
this is a magical ingredient for reducing fat. we can use lemon in various ways

1- lemon juice (lemonade)
 It's the easiest way for fat reduction. 

REQUIREMENT- 1 LEMON 
                             1 GLASS OF WARM WATER
                              HONEY (optional)

HONEY- honey helps in providing energy by oxidation of reserved fat in the body. Honey doesn't store extra fat in the body. it helps to boost immunity also.

PROCEDURE- Squeeze one lemon in 1 glass of lukewarm water, add 1tsp of honey.
                            your drink is ready

DONT'S- don't use hot water that will damage catalytic property of honey  

This effective way to reduce belly fat is easily done but you should be careful not to get your health affected. Especially, you should avoid drinking too sour lemonade in the morning because your stomach is empty during this time; if you drink something too acidic into your stomach, it will cause higher acid content that can lead to inflammation ulcer if the habit persists for a long period of time.
